Cách đo Máy đo huyết áp cổ tay Beurer BC50

Đặt chân bằng với mặt đất, đảm bảo nghỉ ngơi 5 phút trước khi đo

Duỗi thẳng tay trái, ngửa bàn tay trái lên trên, lưu ý vị trí đo cách cổ tay 1 cm

Lưu ý:

– Không nên đo sau khi bạn vừa ăn, uống, hút thuốc hoặc tập thể dục

– Nên lặp lại việc đo sẽ cho bạn giá trị đo chính xác nhất

– Không dùng cho bệnh nhân máu nhiễm mỡ, xơ vữa động mạch, bệnh nhân bị tim mạch ( Nên dùng loại đo bắp tay)

– Không sử dụng theo dõi huyết áp trên trẻ sơ sinh , phụ nữ mang thai hoặc bệnh nhân bị tiền sản giật.

– Không đo trên vết thương cổ tay, bảo quản nơi khô thoáng, tránh ánh nắng mặt trời chiếu trực tiếp
